Journalists planted trees to aware about environmental protection.

Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Indian Journalist Association organized a tree plantation program in Pachpedwa Chaksa Hussain, Gorakhpur under the campaign 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam'. In this program, all the journalists present planted neem trees with the spirit of 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam'. Journalists made people aware about clean environment and environmental protection in the society by planting trees. So that people also understand that trees and plants are very important in our life.

Indian Journalist Association National President Seraj Ahmad Quraishi said that nature is also our mother. Unless we protect it, the future of the coming generations will not be safe. He gave an emotional message by planting a tree in the name of his mother. Along with plantation, environmental protection was discussed and it was resolved that every person will definitely plant at least one tree every year.

 On this occasion, District General Secretary Dr. Shakeel Ahmad, Azmer Khan, Imran Khan, Salman Ahmad, Anshul Verma, Satish Chand, Ashutosh Kumar, Shravan Kumar Gupta, Rafi Ahmad, Naved Alam, Meraj Ahmad, Satish Mani Tripathi and other journalists were present.
