Sushil Kumar Tiwari appointed as District President, Unnao and Santosh Tiwari as State Vice President Indian Journalist Association Avadh Pradesh.

An important meeting of Indian Journalist Association was held at the residence of senior journalist Santosh Kumar Tiwari. The meeting was chaired by National President Seraj Ahmad Quraishi and Zonal President Kanpur Muqeem Ahmed Quraishi. It was decided unanimously in the meeting that senior journalist and District President Unnao Santosh Kumar Tiwari should be promoted and appointed State Vice President Avadh Pradesh and Bureau Chief of Lok Bharati Hindi Daily Newspaper Sushil Kumar Tiwari should be appointed District President Unnao. The journalists present also gave their consent. The announcement of both the office bearers was made by the National President of the organization Seraj Ahmad Quraishi and expressed hope that by connecting all the journalists from village to city with Indian Journalist Association, he will always fight for the protection of journalist interests and against incidents of harassment.

 Both the office bearers said that the objective of Indian Journalist Association is to get Journalist Protection Act, formation of Journalist constituency in Legislative Council, formation of Digital Media Board and National Journalist Digital Register made for which I will keep on making efforts.
