Continuing its mission of “Service to Humanity”, the renowned socio-religious organization Ghause Azam Foundation (GAF) organized a large-scale food distribution drive for the underprivileged in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
The humanitarian initiative was led by GAF’s National President Sufi Saifullah Qadri, who personally launched the campaign. Upon his arrival at Gorakhpur Airport, he was given a grand welcome with floral garlands, slogans, and warm hospitality by local supporters and volunteers.
The GAF convoy then visited various key locations including Gorakhpur Railway Station, Dharamshala, Kali Mandir, Golghar, and other areas where hundreds of needy individuals were served warm, respectful meals.
Speaking on the occasion, Sufi Saifullah Qadri said
"Serving humanity is the path of the Sufis. As long as even one person sleeps hungry, it is our responsibility to act. The mission of GAF is to spread love, compassion, and unity throughout the nation."
GAF City President Sameer Ali added that this initiative is not a one-time event but a regular activity of the Foundation. The presence of the National President added a new spirit and strength to the campaign.
Among the key volunteers were Mohammad Faiz, Riaz Ahmad, Hafiz Mohammad Shariq, Tauseef Khan, Mohammad Zaid, and several other social workers and youth who actively participated in the night-long distribution effort.
The Ghause Azam Foundation is also working in the fields of education, healthcare, and livelihood, and is set to launch several major projects on a national scale in the coming months.
