Indian Journalist Association Vidarbha, Maharashtra Executive has been expanded. The objective of this executive is to strengthen Indian journalism and protect the rights of journalists. Indian Journalist Association is a leading organization continuously fighting for journalist interests, oppression and unity. It is a major national level organization that works for the welfare of journalists and actively works to solve their problems. On the instructions of Indian Journalist Association National President Seraj Ahmad Quraishi and with the consent of National General Secretary Giriraj Singh, State President Vidarbha, Maharashtra Syyed Zakir Hussain expanded the state executive which includes State Vice President Karan Koluguri, Chief Editor- Awaaz 24 News (Chandrapur) and Hafiz Khan Taluka Representative Dainik Janmadhyam (Washim), State General Secretary Rahul Shende Executive Editor - M-Marathi News Network (Gadchiroli), State Media Incharge Wasique Sheikh Chief Editor - Lok Vidhan News (Yavatmal), State Council Member Devendra Bhonde Editor-in-chief of Gawakchi Batami Digital Media and YouTube channel (Amravati), Kalam, Yavatmal taluka President Javed Sheikh (district representative Malegaon Varta) has been appointed. 

This constituted executive will work to advance the objectives of the organization, ensure freedom of journalism and maintain professional standards and it is expected from all the office bearers that by connecting all the journalists from city to village in the Indian Journalist Association, they will continue to fight for the protection of journalist interests and against incidents of harassment. 

State president Syed Zakir Hussain greeted all the office bearers by presenting them with the identity card of the organization. 

 On the selection of the office bearers of the state executive, Marathwada state president Mohammad Tabish, state general secretary Mirza Shafiq Beg, Venkatesh Suryavanshi, Anil Khadse, Devendra Bhonde, Aurangabad district president Irfan Sheikh, Azim Khan, Jalna district president Amer Khan, Javed Khan, Sheikh Salim, Nanded district president Jainodin Patel, Ahmednagar District President Syed Nasir, Sanjay Jatale, Ganesh Dhangar, Rauf Khan, Mubassir Khan, Salim Qureshi etc. expressed happiness and congratulated.
