Release of "Kalame Mahshar" book by renowned poet Majid Ali.

Four-day Urdu literature conference organized to promote Urdu.

The "four-day Urdu literature conference" organized under the aegis of Sajid Ali Memorial Committee, Gorakhpur in the memory of literature lover, supporter of women's education and former chairman of Nagar Cooperative Bank, Mohammad Hamid Ali, was inaugurated on Sunday in the auditorium of MSI Inter College, Bakshipur. The chief guest of the program, Hakim Syed Ahmed Khan (former director Tib Unani, Ram Manohar Lohia and Safdar Jung Hospital, Delhi) was honored with a certificate and a memento. Hakim Syed Ahmed Khan said that Mohammad Hamid Ali was a true lover of Urdu and an advocate of education. He was a man of principles in his life. He has made an invaluable contribution to the improvement and betterment of the Urdu language.

 On this occasion, the poetry collection (Majmua Kalam) "Kalame Mahshar" of senior poet Majid Ali "Mahshar" Gorakhpuri was released.

Secretary of Sajid Ali Memorial Committee Mehboob Saeed Harris said that Majid Ali "Mahshar" Gorakhpuri was born in 1878 AD and died in 1944 at the age of 66. His poems have the color of both wow and aah. He used to say such things in simple and straightforward words that the reader and listener would be surprised. Imagination, purity of thoughts, agility of topics and quality are special parts of his poetry. He said that the only objective of the Urdu conference is that the Urdu language is the gift of Ganga-Jamuni culture. Urdu language participated enthusiastically in the Indian freedom struggle.

Abdul Rashid (Special Judicial Magistrate), who came as a special guest, said that the Urdu language was not given justice by associating it with a particular class. He said that such programs will give strength to the Urdu language.

While successfully conducting the program, Mohammad Farrukh Jamal said that Urdu is the language of India and if Urdu remains alive, the culture of India will remain alive.

 Senior writer and doctor Dr. Aziz Ahmed said that if Urdu language is spoken anywhere, then there is such an attraction in Urdu language that people automatically come towards it.

Special guest Rajesh Singh (Secretary Moti Lal Trust) said that he was not a personality but an institution. He was the leader of Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb.

Principal St. Andrews College Professor CO Samuel said that it is a matter of great concern that today the number of students of Urdu subject is decreasing.

Senior journalist Manoj Kumar Singh said that today the time has come that Hindi and Urdu languages ​​were never different. In today's era, efforts are being made to make Urdu language obsolete, this has to be stopped.

On this occasion, Bibi Rana Paramjit Kaur, Tanbir Salim, Dr. Vijahat Karim also expressed their views. On this occasion, Qazi Shahirul Hasan, Abdullah Seraj, Masroor Jamal, Dr. Faizan, Dr. Rushda, Dr. Tarannum, Munawwar Sultana, Asif Saeed, Zafar Ahmed Khan, Nadeemullah Abbasi, Anwar Zia, Zameer Ahmed Payam, Ahmer Ilyas, Mohammad Asrar, Dr. Amarnath Jaiswal, Deshbandhu, Seraj Ahmad Quraishi, Minhaj Siddiqui, Mohammad Azam, Naved Alam, Murtuza Rahmani, Shamsul Islam, Altaf Hussain and other literature lovers were present.
