Journalists paid homage to the immortal martyrs of the country by hoisting the flag.
The freedom struggle and the heroic saga of the martyrs were remembered

The tricolor was hoisted with full pride at the Tehsil office of Indian Journalist Association Siddharth Nagar, Dumriyaganj, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of Independence Day. Many speakers including IJA State Secretary Hashim Rizvi, Mandal Media Incharge Basti Vijay Yadav, Tehsil President Dumriyaganj Rajesh Yadav, General Secretary PD Dubey, shed light on the contribution of brave sons in the freedom struggle and the independence of the country and paid homage to the immortal martyrs. And by remembering the heroic saga of known and unknown martyrs who sacrificed their lives to liberate the country from the shackles of slavery, people were appealed to continue contributing in the national interest. At the end of the program, sweets were distributed among the journalists present.
