 Necessary meeting was organized at Hata Dock Bungalow in the presence of National President of Indian Journalist Association, Seraj Ahmad Quraishi. The meeting was presided over by senior journalist Kalika Dubey and conducted by Gangasagar Shukla. All the office bearers and members expressed their views in this meeting. After seriously analyzing everyone's views, National President Seraj Ahmad Quraishi promoted Tehsil Patron Gana Vidya Sagar Singh and Kalika Dubey as Patron of Kushinagar District Unit and District President Manoj Kumar Giri as State Secretary Purvanchal and District Council Member Manoj Kumar Tiwari. Kept the matter of making Kushinagar district president among all the office bearers and members present. On which all the people supported in one voice. After the support, National President Seraj Ahmad Quraishi announced all the office bearers. On this announcement, all the members unanimously welcomed this decision of the National President. Journalists congratulated the newly elected office bearers by garlanding them.

 During this, National President Seraj Ahmad Quraishi said that the organization is the only journalist organization which is always ready for the struggle by making a comprehensive strategy for the interests of journalists. He further said that the organization is making journalists aware in all the states and motivating them to fight for the enactment of the Journalist Security Act.

 Addressing the meeting, State Secretary Purvanchal Manoj Kumar Giri said that work will soon be done on various topics including the Journalist Security Act by formulating a strategy. New District President Manoj Tiwari said that the responsibility given by the Indian Journalist Association national leadership will be fully discharged. I will always be ready to enhance the ideology of the organization and for the interests of journalists. Will try as much as possible to strengthen the organization and connect journalist colleagues with it.
